Who invented the iPod?

The unique idea of the iPod was shaped by Kane Kramer. In 1979, when he was just 23, he created a rough draft of a tiny handheld player that he imagined would allow the user to load music as well as video files onto it. At that time, the music player was called ‘IXI’, which boast of a screen and a key for four-way steering, much like what is detected in present-day’s iPods. It was the most primitive type of the iPod. But, Apple declares that the I-pod is its invention. Appleā€™s Jon Rubinstein produced the ipod. Steve jobs hired him to build the ipod, and in October 2001 it was launched.
