Alexander Graham Bell, a Scottish-born originator, researcher, humanitarian and educator of the deaf is the discoverer of the electric telephone. On March 7th 1876, Bell turned the first to obtain the exclusive rights for this machine. He thought of this appliance at his summer home in Brantford and actually created his initial phone in Boston, Massachusetts.
